National Song and Dance Ensemble of Karelia Kantele (quartet)

As it is known, kantele is a sounding symbol of Karelia, with which the historical and cultural image of the region is connected. Its amazing sound inspired Victor Gudkov to create the Kantele Ensemble in 1936.

88 years later, the artists of the national ensemble continue the work of the founder, preserving the performing traditions and cultural heritage of Karelia.
