Year 2023

The VII International music festival Ruskeala Symphony took place on 14 and 15 of July in Ruskeala Mountain Park. During two concert days the festival visited about 6000 people from Moscow, St. Petersburg and Leningrad region, the Volga region, southern regions of Russia and, of course, Karelia. The weather was sometimes hot, sometimes rainy, but in spite of that all the planned concerts took place both on the main stage in the Italian quarry and on additional stages: on the expanse of the Marble Canyon lake and on the territory of the old parking - the area of the Visitor Centre. This year the musical palette was represented by Russian and Belarusian folklore, baroque music, jazz, flamenco, musicals and, of course, works of Russian and foreign classics, as well as hits of world opera.
