The ensemble was created in 1974 at the Belarus State Philharmonic by choreographers Valentina Gaeva and Nikolai Dudchenko.</p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The name of the ensemble came from the name of an old Belarusian village in the Mogilev region. The collective of the ensemble &lsquo;Khoroshki&rsquo; unites dance and vocal-instrumental groups. The orchestra's arsenal includes classical and modern musical instruments: clarinet, flute, violin, viola, accordion, harmonica, bass guitar, drum kit. The lyre, hudok, basetla, ocarina, jaleiki, kmeny give a unique national sound of the orchestra. These musical instruments were collected and recreated for the first time in Belarus thanks to the ensemble &lsquo;Khoroshki&rsquo;.</p></div>\n"}
