Ruskeala Relax project is not only interesting, but equally healthy for body and soul. This is a meditation with live music, led by a yoga and relaxation teacher with many years of experience, psychologist, hypnotherapist Oksana Rogova. Participants in the unusual practice are international competition winners Ivan Fedorov (piano), Maksim Novikov (viola) and Ekaterina Zemskova (cello).

"Yoga is a great way to correctly "load" the body to a functional norm. After all, the human body was created for complex physical movements to ensure survival. But modern people's bodies suffer from lack of exercise, and this is reflected in their health, appearance and well-being. Exercise for yourself, and very soon you will feel different!" - says Oksana Rogova.

The meditation session will be accompanied by Anna Segal's Meditation Suite. Anna graduated from the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance as a composer. Her music has received international recognition and is regularly performed by many orchestras including the Berliner Philharmoniker, Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra, Armenian Philharmonic Orchestra, Daego Chamber Orchestra (Korea), Mendelssohn Ensemble (Belgium) as well as by famous ensembles and soloists. Her chamber piece, Overtones of the Night, won first prize at the Contemporary Music Festival in Korea, and her mono ballet Anne Frank, choreographed and performed by Armenian choreographer Rimma Pipoyan, was highly acclaimed at festivals in Germany and Italy.

Maksim Novikov is a famous Russian violist and creator of international music projects. He graduated from the Moscow Conservatoire under Yuri Bashmet. While being a student, he established himself as a brilliant performer of both classical and contemporary works, many of which were played by him for the first time.
